Lena Lissewski

Hi my name is Lena (27). I grew up in Hamburg, Germany and am lid of the Young Twente Board (YTB) since october 2025.

In everyday life, I am an HR Officer at Die Grenze and owner of MeHeRe. MeHeRe creates spaces where people and organisations can grow and flourish sustainably through learning, connection, empathy, and shared responsibility for wellbeing and development.

Within the YTB, I focus on personal growth, talent development, and connectedness. Empathy, integrity, and compassion form the foundation of what I do and what I stand for. For me, it is important that everyone feels heard, understood, and supported.

Driven by sincerity, I want to contribute to a future for Twente where everyone can be themselves and where there is space for awareness, authenticity, and wellbeing. A future that not only fosters entrepreneurship, but also a society in which humanity and wellbeing are central, with special attention to the position and connection of internationals in the region.
